Karan with his wife Ruchi and a 9 years old son Kabir were living in a rented flat in Mumbai from last 5 years before he got a new role at his hometown Nagpur where his mom and dad are living. it was a happier moment for him as he is finally going to live under the shadow of guidance of his elders and will live back his old home days.

Karan's parents are planning for construction of a new home on one of their purchased plots which is a bit outer from the city in a peaceful area.
Also as now, Karan has also joined them as a supportive hand, they want the things to be implemented asap.
The parents want the things to proceed faster in a normal traditional way.

Karan after having discussions with certain builders reached on a thought that as building home is a one time process and after so long the complete family is going to live together then why not planned it more beautiful and artistic.

 

Karan has an image in his mind, he is imagining a home with a nice garden area with proper sitting space and playing equipment installed.
Ground floor with a nicely designed hall and a peaceful bedroom area for his parents. it must also include a small 'mandir area' with proper sitting space, where the family can sit together and worship.

he is more concerned for a traditional artistic interior look.

a large surface area should include the dining zone with premium furniture for all family good times.

the first floor must include a good space for a kid zone designed completely on a particular theme. a cozy and comfortable bedroom space with attached bathroom installed with all modern equipment.

The terrace should be spacious with numerous plant saplings and comfortable sitting furniture.

altogether the terrace should have a garden view where all the members can relax their mind and body.

 

after a month of discussion and work on the blueprint, the organization comes up with a perfect plan and after some initial months of dedicated work, the master plan of the dream was ready.

the first floor has a marvelous kid area which consists of numerous toys, installed PlayStation area, study zone and comfortable tent house cum bed.

the bedroom area is developed with a complete modern style and amenities.

 

The best part of the home is the terrace garden where the complete family will be spending more of their relaxation time. a lush green grass layer surface is making it more attractive. the area is also stuffed with beautiful lights and surround music system so that it can even be utilized for a small get together purpose as well. varieties of saplings are making the part more refreshed.
